The project developed for PromoturismoFVG defines a contemporary and coherent network of Info Points distributed throughout the region's main cities. Not a collection of individual interventions, but a unified and replicable format, capable of adapting to the region's diverse urban, historical, and landscape contexts while maintaining strong visual and functional coherence. A system in which the uniqueness of the location and the regional brand identity coexist, generating recognizability without uniformity.
Each Info Point is conceived as an integrated operational device, not simply an institutional counter, but an experiential space capable of hosting informational, cultural, commercial, and relational functions.
The format is structured around a system of modular components – freestanding furnishings, mirrored surfaces, macro-graphics, and digital devices – that can be assembled according to the size and architectural character of each location.
The layout is always structured according to functional zoning with clear perceptual hierarchies. The color red, in various shades, is the underlying theme of the entire visual system and, more than just an aesthetic element, a means of orientation. Each Info Point functions as a multi-level narrative device – graphic, digital, and spatial – that tells the story of the host city and Friuli Venezia Giulia as a whole, stimulating curiosity and encouraging return visits.
A new model of tourist reception on a regional scale, in which commercial design, territorial identity, and visitor experience converge in a scalable format rooted in the culture of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Proof that systemic coherence and sensitivity to context are not opposites, but two sides of the same design vision.
